1. What is UTS Resolution System?
The University Complaint System is a platform where students, staff, and other stakeholders can report concerns, complaints, or grievances about university-related matters. It ensures that all complaints are addressed fairly and promptly.
2. Who can file an incident?
Anyone affiliated with the university, including students, faculty, staff, and visitors, can file a complaint. Complaints from external parties may also be considered, depending on the nature of the issue.
3. What types of incidents can be submitted?
You can report a variety of issues, such as:
- Academic concerns (e.g., grading disputes, teaching quality)
- Administrative inefficiencies
- Harassment or discrimination
- Facilities and infrastructure issues
- Safety concerns
- Misconduct by staff or students
4. Who can file a request?
Anyone affiliated with the university, including students, faculty, and staff can file a complaint.
5. What types of request can be submitted?
You can report a variety of issues, such as:

- Facilities and infrastructure issues

6. How to submit request/incident?
- On Resolution main page, click Form dropdown button and click incident/Request.
- On category, click dropdown selection and choose incident/Request.
- Fill up all the sender details (your details).
- For UTS staff, you are compulsory to use UTS official email
- Fill all the details for Incident/Request Details section
- Upload attachment for admin to refer

7. How to track your request/incident based on tracking ID?
- On Resolution main page, insert your Tracking ID that you have received from your email.
- A table of your incident/request status will be display (eg: In progress, Pending)
- You can keep checking once your received update from admin through email.

8. How to submit questions or response to admin feedback?
- Technically you will receive an email if your question has been answered or respond from admin.
- By insert your tracking ID, you will see the answer or feedback from admin from your previous question.
- Submit new question at "Ask a Question" section to ask new or reply admin.
